Galvanised steel metal base (for supporting sculptures)
All Handmade Heavy duty galvanised 5mm welded mild steel sculpture support with 20cm long - 12mm steel spikes. 4 x 6mm holes in the base for external screws/fixings and 2 x 8mm holes each side of the support for external bolts.
These metal bases are designed to plunge the spikes directly into the ground or set the spikes in concrete / post crete.
This base is heavy duty base allows you to enjoy the sculpture in its entirety and to protect the wood from excessive ground moisture. Using a metal base is as strong as part burying the sculpture into the ground - if not stronger.
These bases fits my medium to large sculptures 1.3meter / 130cm - 1.8 meter / 180cm tall sculptures.
