RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

United Kingdom (UK): As per the Consumer Rights Directive all returns must be authorised within fourteen (14) days of receipt and the return package must be sent and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the returns authorisation date.

European Union (EU): Buyers typically have 14 calendar days to return an item, following the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless the member state has implemented longer periods

United States (US):  Our standard return policy allows for returns within 30 calendar days from the receipt date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at conceptstainedglass@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the item. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
